The packaging is top notch and the sound quality is excellent. My one complaint is that the sound volume is somewhat low compared to other brands I've owned. I downloaded an app on my phone to increase the volume.

The quality of sound and fit of these headphones are why I bought another pair. My first pair are as good as new, but I wanted the convenience of having a pair at different locations. The customer service is excellent too. I highly recommend this company and these headphones.

These are excellent wired headphones. I have two sets. One set I keep in my laptop bag to use with my 14-in laptop. The other set I use with my Galaxy s23 Ultra, using a dongle to connect the 3.5 plug to the type C USB on the phone. The sound quality, using both devices, is excellent. I prefer this to Bluetooth since it does not draw down on the power, particularly on long trips, while I am watching Netflix downloads. I highly recommend these headphones.
